Project description – large new build house with existing façade retained. Fit out included a new hydrotherapy pool to the rear of the property.

AG Surveying provided Procurement and Quantity Surveying support to the client. We provided an initial Cost Plan for the works then procured the works via a main contractor under the JCT Intermediate 2016 Subcontract Agreement with partial design.

Works due to finish spring 2022.
