Project details –
AG Surveying acted as Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators for the Developer White Bright Light. Our team compiled initial Cost Plans for the project and procured the main contract works via a JCT Intermediate 2016 Subcontract Agreement with partial design. We also liaised with the bank and their fund monitoring surveyors on behalf of our client.
Works were completed in April 2021.
