AG Surveying provided Cost Planning, Procurement, Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services for a project that consisted of four two-storey new build family houses for our client Bray Family Homes based in Nazeing.

The works comprised of:

• 4 new build 2-storey family houses
• Landscaping works, including new driveway, patio and fencing

• Procurement of sub-contractor package using our own JCT suite of tender documents
• Quantity Surveying
• Payment applications management
