Supporting clients through RIBA Stage 5 - The Construction & Handover Stage

AG Surveying supports clients at RIBA Stage 5, when the building is manufactured and constructed. 

If work is properly conducted with the support of a specialist team of Quantity Surveyors in the previous RIBA Stages, there should be no need for any further design activity (not including site queries) during the Construction Stage. 

During stages 5 and 6 we will:

• Monitor cost impact of variations
• Assess and certify payment to the Contractor against agreed progress and contract program
• Provide advice on contract claims
• Provide commercial reports
• Manage the settlement of final payment and account
• Provide feedback for future cost estimates
