Project description – 4 large new build detached houses

Project details –

All four of the large, new build, detached houses required a piled raft foundation. One of the four units is being constructed in SIPs with the remaining three being built traditionally.

AG Surveying is acting as the Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators for the Developer, Hadley Hall Developments Ltd. Our team put together initial Cost Plans for the project and procured the main contract works via a JCT Intermediate 2016 Subcontract Agreement with partial design. We are also acting as the developer’s liaison with the bank and their fund monitoring surveyors.

Live and on-site – due to finish spring 2022.
