Project description – 17 apartments to upper floors and commercial retail space to lower levels (basement and ground)

Project details –

This project involved an RC Frame with piled foundations, cladded brick and curtain wall façade with an internal glazed atrium to the upper floors to introduce light into the apartments.

AG Surveying acted as project estimators, and provided a cost plan for this project on behalf of the developer, Style and Space, which was subsequently used to negotiate a contract with Proma Group who are acting as the Main Contractor.
