Prenwith Road

  • £7.5m –17 apartments to upper floors and commercial / retail to lower levels (basement and ground)
  • RC Frame with basement, piled foundations, RC Frame, cladded brick and curtain wall façade with an internal glazed atrium to the upper levels to bring light into the apartments
  • We provided a cost plan for this project on behalf of the developer Style and Space which was subsequently used to negotiate a contract with Proma Group who are acting as the Main Contractor
