Market Hill, Royston

AG Surveying has undertaken all Quantity Surveying for their client, Datum Point Construction, on the redevelopment of a property at Market Hill, Royston.

The client, a main contractor, was engaged to execute a single storey rear and side extension at the property and install a new kitchen and utility room in the newly formed open plan space.

It was our responsibility to work with Datum Point Construction to accurately price these works and to help them manage labour and material spend throughout the project.
