AG Surveying was approached by Optimum Contractors to support with the quantity surveying of a live project under an NEC contract - something that the client hadn't had much experience in.
The AG Surveying team have since been appointed on a consultative basis by Optimum Contractors, and have been tasked with improving a number of internal processes including tendering, payment applications and change management.
